Option 1: Visit Our Auckland Refinery

Bring your items to our new, state-of-the-art facility in Auckland. No appointment necessary.

• Our team will assay your metals using X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometry and weigh them while you wait.
• Payment is made immediately.
• Bring photo ID and bank account details.

Option 2: Courier Your Items

If you are outside Auckland, you can send your items via courier. Follow these steps:

• Wrap items securely (preferably in bubble wrap).
• Place them in a signature-required courier bag.
• Include a copy of your driver’s licence or passport and your bank account details. (If you did not purchase from us, proof of ownership may be required.)
• Take a photo of the parcel and tracking number for your records.

Additional notes:

• Existing customers: Courier your product, and we will issue a Purchase Order upon receipt.
• New customers: Include bank account details for payment.
• High-value consignments: We can arrange secure shipping – please contact us.

Payment is processed overnight on the day of receipt. We pay via bank transfer.

• Please ensure full bank account details are provided.
• Due to New Zealand’s Anti-Money Laundering Act, cash payments are limited and may not always be available.

• Sell all or part of your holdings directly from your storage account.
• We lock in the price and send you a Purchase Order.
• Provide your bank account details (we cannot pay third parties).
• Payment is usually made the same day.

We also check for carat markings and hallmarks, verify the weight, and calculate the price based on live rates. Once the value is confirmed, we deposit the funds directly into your bank account.
